BMW R 1200 GS ADVENTURE RENTAL
Our company is proud to have the r1200gs adv available as a rental in South Africa.
The Adventure variant is a standard R1200GS with a larger gastank (34 liters vs 20 liters), a larger alternator (720W vs: 600W), a different seat, cross-spoke wire wheels, and a handful of other accessories which are options on the standard model (such as heated grips). It is somewhat bigger, both in appearance and in weight (564 lbs vs: 495 lbs). It also has different saddlebags (aluminum vs: plastic on the std.).

CONDITIONS:
Hirers must be in possession of a valid drivers license at the time of commencement of the agreement.
Petrol is not included in our rates. Bikes are delivered full and the hirer shall return the bike full. If the bike is not filled on return to Motorrad, the hirer shall be charged an extra R200-00.
All bikes are subject to our Standard hire Agreement. Rates and Conditions of Hire are subject to change without notice.
The minimum charge period will be one day. Rates are calculated from the time the bike is placed in the hirers possession to the time that it is returned to the possession of Motorrad by drop off or collection as the case may be.
No bikes may be taken across any South African border without the prior written permission of Motorrad NO RIDING ON DIRT ROADS.
The insurance excess is R10 000-00.When the bike is damaged or stolen the hirer hereby agrees to be solely liable for any loss or damage up to the excess amount of R10 000-00(TEN THOUSAND RANDS)
MA bears no responsibility for personal injury or loss of property by the hirer.
An excess deposit is payable at the commencement of the agreement of hire and will be refundable on condition that the bike is returned to MA in the same condition in which it was handed to the hirer.
MA reserves the right to claim payment of rental and insurance in advance.
A valid credit card or cash deposit accompanied by the signed contract and payment in advance for the term of the rental period is required by all hirers before the contract may commence.

Notes on Insurance
The above daily rental rates include insurance for South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Swaziland. Mocambique by special arrangement only. Panniers, apparel and accessories cannot be insured and damage to these items will be recovered at the current replacement value. |
